My wife and I wanted to send you a note of appreciation for the quality of service we received from your agent Abby Yen this past month. Abby was able to successfully find us a condo in Toronto to rent, which required her to take most of two days to show us numerous properties. Because we are locating from NB we had a very tight timeline for our visits and Abby did an excellent job of sending us information on various units prior to our arrival and in arranging the showings so that our time was maximized. She was also able to rearrange the schedule to move up some of the showings. She is very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and professional with us and wit the tenants and security people at all of the buildings we viewed. Once we narrowed down our choice she spent time with us to explain the pros and cons of each unit (size, location, price amenities, layout) so that we could make the best decision. She was also excellent in closing the rental agreement with the landlord. We couldn’t be more impressed or thankful for Abby’s thoughtful assistance. The best realtor agent we have ever dealt with.
